          "I was introduced to the benefits of Chiropractic through a Health Fair at work. After suffering with constant neck and back pain for 10 years, I had nothing else to lose and everything to gain. I'd also been involved in a car accident which did not help the situation. I had been to numerous doctors who insisted it was arthritis. No hope was given, only muscle relaxers and pain medication. The results were short lived and I was back where I started from. I could not turn my neck. My ability to clean and work in the garden which I loved was limited. I had to learn to do things differently and at a slower pace.           "I have always been active and energetic my whole life, so when I hurt my leg during the Christmas season of 2006 and it hurt to walk, I was devastated. I tried hot baths and stretches but that wasn't helping. I knew something had to be done. I couldn't walk so I was gaining weight and I had no energy or "spunk".           "My first visit to Advantage Health Center was August 2, 2007. Prior to coming here, I had suffered with migraine headaches and pain in my back and neck for over a year. I had also had problems with my sinuses for 10 years. I had been to a lot of doctors for my migraines and was put on lots of medications. There were several days I had to miss school or work because the migraines were so painful. After my first treatment at Advantage, my neck felt immediately better and I have not had a migraine headache for a month. I can do more during the day and my treatment here has been great! I think everybody should get chiropractic care; it really works. This office is fun to come to because all of the staff are friendly and nice."

           "I've always had headaches, but, in the last six (6) months, I was having them 3 to 4 times a week and eating Excedrin Migraine pills like candy. I was moody and irritable most of the time, especially when I woke up with a splitting headache. On my first visit to Advantage Health & Wellness Center, I realized how much denial I was in. How crazy is it to have four headaches a week and eat Excedrine like candy? I began my chiropractic care on December 19, 2008. Dr. Strickland told me he would know in three visits if he could help me. I didn't think I would see results so quickly. This may sound crazy but within two (2) weeks my headaches decreased dramatically. I've been coming less than a month and I've only had two (2) headaches. I'm confident that as I continue my treatment, my headaches will be gone and I will be much healthier. My posture is getting better, my mood is definitely better and I feel good because I'm finally taking care of myself. One thing I really like about Advantage Health and Wellness Center is the flexible hours. Even with my very busy schedule, their flexible hours allow me time to complete my weekly treatments.            "In November 2006, I was involved in a car accident and experienced trauma to my neck, my upper and lower back also. At the ER, I was X-rayed prescribed heavy duty muscle relaxers, lots of rest and sent home. I thought I was fine, but several days after I was experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and back. I went to see my family doctor, Dr. Perez who referred me to Advantage Health Center. I was skeptical about seeing a chiropractic physician, but, I was willing to try anything at that point. Nervous and worried, I went to see Dr. Skipper. To my surprise, all the worries went away the minute I opened the front door. Dr. Skipper, Dr. McKay and the staff put me at ease and made me feel welcomed in their facility. Through the wonderful care of the whole "family" at Advantage Health Center, I felt better in days. Also, I learned that there are other things going on with my spine but was reassured that everything was fixable. Since November, I have been recieving treatments and feeling much better. I have no pain at all in my neck and very little in my back. This has been a great experience and I would recommend for everyone to come to Advantage Health Center."

          "After being in a car accident in June of 2007, I went to the emergency room and was put on pain medications and muscle relaxers. I could barely walk, stand, or sit and both of my arms felt numb. The next morning, I couldn't get out of bed. My doctor recommended I see a chiropractor, so I came in to Advantage Health Center. Dr. Skipper told me that taking pain pills wasn't solving the problem and he was right. fter my first adjustment, I felt immediate relief. Within a month, the rest of the pain I was experiencing from the accident had gone away. Now, I am walking again for exercise and feel great! Before this accident, I probably wouldn't have considered coming to a chiropractor, but, now I'm telling everyone I work with about the benefits and about how covering up a problem won't make it go away. I love being in good environments with caring people and the staff at Advantage are just that. They love being here and so do I!

Don't think you are ever out of options...

          "I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by my doctor in April of 2008. I was experiencing unbearable spasms, joint pains, weakness and was unable to walk. I spent several months in a wheel chair. I was on not one (1), but, seven (7) prescriptions. They were all either muscle relaxers or for pain. I even tried heating pads. I did not get any relief until I came to Advantage Health. My first day at Advantage Health, I came in on a quarduple cane and used a walker as well. I had five (5) doctors (elsewhere) that told me that they could not do anything for me. To my surprise, Dr. Skipper told me I could be helped. I had only been coming for a month and a half and experienced one of the greatest things ever; I was able to walk again. Now, I am able to walk in the grocery store without having to use a motorized cart and I can sleep a full night's rest. Before, I felt like a 72 year old, but, now I have my life back. Dr. Skipper and staff are truely the best! You lifted me up when others failed. I am finally back to my old self. Thank you!

          " I thought I was doomed to a life of pain with no relief until I came to Advantage Health Center. I was suffering from neck pain, back pain, headaches and blurred vision. I was sick all over. As if that wasn't enough, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1999. Over a period of seven (7) to eight (8) years, I saw many doctors who only prescribed pain medicine. I was totally disabled and my quality of life was non-existent. Most of my time was spent lying down. for 2 1/2 years I was bedridden.              "When I limped through the doors of Advantage Health Center in August of 2007, I hurt from head to toe and was at the end of my rope. I had been in an accident 10 years ago and had both of my ankles rebuilt. I was in so much pain, but, all of the other doctors told me there wasn't anything they could do. I was taking tons of Ibuprofen but knew that my body was getting worse. I was irritable 24 hours a day and it took me 2 hours every morning to get going because of all the pain that I was in. I had to quit my job. If I had to go up a flight of stairs, I had to pull myself up by the railing. After my first treatment here, I felt an immediate difference. It was the samne feeling the pain meds had been giving me, but, I hadn't taken anything at all! It really blew my mind that this office was so patientand that they really listened to me.
